Immofinanz to issue E515m in convertible bonds
Vienna listed Immofinanz is raising E515m via the issue of up to 125m convertible bonds due in 2018 with a subscription price of E4.12 and coupon of 4.25%. The premium for conversion at 1:1 will be 32.5% above the weighted average in recent trading. Immofinanz shares, last trading around E3.13, are to be admitted to the ATX of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
