Unibail buys 7% stake in French REIT Lyonnaise
French-Dutch REIT Unibail-Rodamco has bought a 7.25% stake in French office REIT Société Foncière Lyonnaise from German bank Eurohypo for E106.5m. SFL, majority owned by Spain's struggling Colonial, said the sale will not fundamentally change its capital structure. U-R said it made the acquisition for investment purposes, paying E31.59 per share
