Warburg-Henderson E300m fund to target low risk assets
Warburg-Henderson, Henderson Global Investors' joint venture partnership in Germany, has raised E200m for a new fund that will target "low risk" western European office and retail assets from four local pension funds. The KOOP fund will have E300m available for acquisitions and is targeting a 6.5% rate of return.
