Austria's CA Immo returns to profit, aided by Germany
Vienna-based listed CA Immo posted 2010 net profit of E45m, reversing a 2009 loss of E77m with the help of a significant contribution from its German operations - thought asset sales of E322m were well above the original target of E200m-E250m. The company expects earnings to rise further this year and targets a return on equity of 5%.
