LaSalle IM procures E800m for core European real estate
LaSalle Investment Management has secured a fully discretionary account with a major European institutional investor, bringing capital raised this year targeting core property to E800m. For the new account, which it did not name, it is initially targeting the office and retail sectors in France and Germany, but will also consider other markets and the logistics sector.
