Germany, CEE are best investment destinations - CBRE
European investors are increasingly targeting central and eastern Europe and North America at the expense of western Europe, said realtor CB Richard Ellis at a presentation at the MIPIM trade fair. In Europe, Germany is most attractive to 32% of investors, up from 18%, followed by CEE with 24%, up from 16%. In asset classes, retail has overtaken office.
