AREA targets Europe, India in NAB partnership
Global private equity manager AREA Property Partners has formed a strategic partnership with National Australia Bank aimed at increasing worldwide property investment. NAB is taking a 35% stake in AREA; financial terms were not disclosed. CEO Lee Neibart said AREA will invest around $500m this year split between Europe and India.
