Deutsche transfers towers to DWS unit for E600m
Deutsche Bank is to sell its newly-refurbished Frankfurt twin tower headquarters to a fund managed by its DWS unit for E600m. The towers have just re-opened after a E200m green refurbishment and achieved LEED Platinum and DGNB Gold certification. The towers were already part of a closed fund from 1984-2007, when the bank bought them for E270m
