Frankfurt's DIC in FFO fall, E52m rights issue
Frankfurt listed group DIC Asset posted a 7% fall to E44m in 2010 FFO, mainly due to disposals, though net profit rose a fractional 2% to E16.5m - and is launching a 6:1 rights issue at E8 per share to raise E52.2m. "We are expecting 2011 to bring interesting market opportunities, and we want to be in a position to react," said Chairman Ulrich Höller
