Gecina ex-chmn Rivero shares seized in legal investigation
Shares in French REIT/SIIC Gecina held by former chairman Joaquin Rivero and ally Bautista Soler were seized by French legal authorities last year as part of an ongoing legal investigation into Rivero's running of the group. The seizure was requested by examining magistrate Renaud Van Ruymbeke, who is investigating complaints by small shareholders.
