GI, Principal in E214m Dutch residential NPLs JV
US-based real estate private equity firm GI Partners is partnering with the Dutch
Principal Company to acquire E214m face value of first-lien, non-conforming residential mortgages with underlying collateral assets in the Netherlands. The deal was accompanied by issuance by a SPV of E103.8m mortgage-backed securities rated Aaa by Moody's
