INREV puts forward new property fund style classes
European property funds association INREV has developed a new style classification based on `bundles of risks' to update the 2004 core/value-added/opportunity framework, saying the original criteria, including IRR and gearing, leave too much room for interpretation. "The understanding within the industry .. lacked uniformity," said INREV Chairman Michael Morgenroth.
