Invesco fund buys E170m NH hotels around Europe
Global manager Invesco Real Estate has bought first assets for its second pan-European hotel fund with a E170m sale and leaseback portfolio of five NH hotels in Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Vienna and Salzburg, let on 25-year hybrid leases. The hotel fund currently holds E85m equity from four institutional investors
