AEW /Tristan buys into CEE logistics for E300m
European Property Investors Special Opportunities, a fund co-advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners, has sealed a 80:20 joint venture with listed Czech logistics company VGP based on a portfolio around Prague in a transaction valued at E300m. VGP is also the developer and seller. CEO Ric Lewis said Tristan is pleased to diversify into growing Czech logistics for the first time.
