CEE investment hits E1.2bn at 2011 start - CBRE
CEE property investment reached E1.2bn in the first two months of 2011, including January's completion of CA Immo's acquisition of Europolis, realtor CB Richard Ellis reports. Further increases in investment are seen through 2011, though the availability of quality product will be a key constraint on activity, said CBRE Head of CEE Research Jos Tromp.
