EU retail to move toward value add, to new markets - JLL
The six key trends that will shape this year's European investment in retail property are a multi-speed acceleration, a turn to value-add assets, focus on asset management, ripple effects into new markets, demand for third-party managed funds, and adjusted performance expectations, according to realtor Jones Lang LaSalle in a new study.
