Finnish Citycon buys E105m Estonian mall
Helsinki-based retail investor Citycon, in the middle of a management change, will purchase the Kristiine Shopping Centre in Tallinn, Estonia from Baltic property developer Pro Kapital for E105m. Citycon said it will fund the acquisition through existing credit facilities. Kristiine, Tallinn's second-largest mall with 42,600 sq.m. GLA, was completed in 2002.
