French Paref returns to profit, AUM up 9%
French REIT/SIIC Paref posted 2010 net profit of E8m, turning around a year earlier loss as a result of more limited writedowns. Paref operates both as a real estate investor and asset manager for third parties. AUM in the OPCI and SCPI funds operated by its Paref Gestion unit rose 9% to E468m, following strong inflows. Its listed portfolio rose slightly to E207m.
