Goodman, CIC, CPP, APG acquire E1.6bn ING fund
Shareholders in the E1.55bn ING Industrial Fund have approved its sale to a consortium comprising the Australia-based Goodman Group, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Dutch-based APG pension fund and the China Investment Corporation. The ING Fund portfolio consists of 61 industrial properties totalling 509,089 sq.m. in managed GLA.
