Vienna to subsidise E1.25bn in affordable housing
Austrian capital Vienna has approved E500m subsidies to realise affordable housing during the next two years, and will call for bids from developers and service providers within the month on projects worth up to E1.25bn, says the Austrian Association of Real Estate Trustees, ÖVI. New constructions have to be ecologically sustainable low-energy housing.
