French Amundi to nearly double investment to E350m-portal
Paris-based investment manager Amundi, product of a merger in 2010 by the property arms of banks Société Générale and Crédit Agricole, expects to invest around E350m this year after E200m in 2010, says MD Nicolas Simon. It will focus on core-plus office assets in the Paris Ile-de-France region, and also on some existing developments, he told Business Immo portal.
