French Docks Lyonnais posts E18m loss after SIIC exit
French listed group Docks Lyonnais slipped back into the red in 2010, posting an E18m net loss against a year-earlier profit of E52m after being forced out of the French REIT/SIIC regime, after failing to meet the 60% single shareholder cap. The firm is 93% owned by Luxembourg holding Boca, and will therefore pay no dividend.
