German GSW to re-try IPO after good 2010
Berlin-based housing firm GSW has, as expected, re-started preparations for an initial public offering in Frankfurt and Berlin, timed for the second quarter. Its first IPO attempt in May 2010 failed due to a sinking market and what many saw as overly-ambitious flotation target from the two owners, private equity group Cerberus and Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Funds.
