Warsaw's Plaza Centers surges back to profit
Listed Warsaw-based developer and investor Plaza Centers surged back into 2010 net profit of E14m after a E65m loss in 2009, and boosted total assets to E1.4bn from E1.1bn. Chairman Mordechay Zizzer said the next two years are a turning point in Plaza's markets, and he sees positive signs already emerging.
