French Eurazeo to cut stake in REIT ANF
French listed investment group Eurazeo is planning to cut its stake in REIT ANF by making an exceptional distribution of 1.9m shares to its own shareholders. The move will cut its stake to 51% from 59%, ANF chairman Bruno Keller said. Banking group BPCE and insurers Generali and CNP Prévoyance also hold stakes.
