IKEA wins green light for E152m Polish project
Swedish furniture retail giant IKEA has won the green light for a PLN610m (E152m) retail and service centre for the town of Częstochowa on the main road leading to Warsaw. It also plans a residential, office and retail project in the Romanian capital Bucharest. Częstochowa council passed a new zoning plan converting from industrial and service premises.
