Allianz/AMB JV targets E100m equity at logistics
Allianz Real Estate and US-based logistics developer AMB plan to invest E100m in continental Europe in 2011 through their recently-announced joint venture. "The aim of the joint venture is to acquire existing assets to build up a class A portfolio in continental Europe, particularly in Germany, France and Benelux," AMB's Guy Jacquier said.
