Deutsche Hypo places E1bn public Pfandbrief
Hannover-based Deutsche Hypothekenbank, a subsidiary of landesbank NordLB, has placed a E1bn public Pfandbrief with 3-year maturity and a coupon of 2.625%. Most underwriters are German investors with 78%, followed by Asian with 10% and French and Italian with 4% each. "We are especially happy about the Asian investors," said Chairman Jürgen Allerkamp.
