French Gecina unit in E230m healthcare buy
Gecimed, the healthcare unit of French REIT Gecina, has signed a memorandum of agreement to acquire 30 nursing homes across France. The investment totals E230m, generating a 6.36% net yield. The facilities are operated by the DVD and Korian groups. Gecina is also launching a partnership with DVD, the French elderly care market leader.
