French Silic in E450m in project near La Defense
French business park REIT/SIIC Silic will invest E450m in its Mozart mixed-use complex near the Paris business district of La Défense. Silic, 44% controlled by the French mutual insurance group Groupama, unveiled the project in March but gave no indication of the investment size. It raised E175m in November through a convertible bond issue, partly to finance developments.
