German Aareal Bank sees better 2011, fewer competitors
After a successful 2010 financial year, Wiesbaden-based property financier Aareal Bank is set for expansion this year, CEO Wolf Schumacher told the annual news conference. The outlook for commercial property financing remains positive, with demand picking up sharply in some segments, while the number of competitors has diminished following the financial crisis.
