German DIC rights issue 5-times oversubscribed
Aggregate demand for the rights issue by Frankfurt listed office investor DIC Asset amounted to E266m, so that it was five times oversubscribed, the company said. The firm raised E52.2m in fresh money mainly for further acquisitions. "The multiple oversubscription of this capital increase again is strong evidence of our investors' trust," said CEO Ulrich Höller.
