Italy commercial RE values cease free fall
Italian commercial property values stopped sliding in the second half of last year, but still registered a slight capital loss of 0.3% for the year, according to the IPD Italy Bi-Annual Property Index. Italy was one of only three European countries with capital value depreciation, last year behind Ireland and Germany.
