Cairo Festival City developer sees Egyptian upheaval bringing foreign capital
The revolution in Egypt that toppled President Hosni Mubarak will bring democracy and attract international investment, says Ahmad Touni of Al-Futtaim Real Estate Development that is building Cairo and Dubai Festival City projects.
