Hines Italia eyes E3bn AUM following Prima funds buy
Hines Italia CEO Manfredi Catella tells PIE his group is on its way to E3bn AUM in property funds by year-end, maybe sooner, and the takeover of another E400m from Prima SGR last month provides an extra boost. "Funds is a part of our main strategy... If you want value-added and development, there is a scarcity of expertise in Italy," he says in an interview.
