Sustainable labels should reach beyond ecology - DGNB co-founder
Sustainability certificates should contain more than just ecological components to focus also on economical viability, functionality and technical quality of a building, says Carl-Alexander Graubner, one of the lead developers of the German sustainable building certification system DGNB. A uniform global system is not, however, the optimal solution, he tells PIE.
