European hotels set for growth - BNP Paribas
After bottoming out in 2009, hotel investment in Europe in 2011 will continue the recovery begun last year, as operating performances improve further, more distressed assets come onto the market and the bid-ask price gap closes, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate. European tourism arrivals accounted for 50% of worldwide, compared to 58% in 1995.
