French Foncia said worth E950m on BPCE bid shortlist
French banking group BPCE has shortlisted three potential buyers for its Foncia property management services unit, with bidders reportedly willing to pay at least E950m. The offers value Foncia at 11.8 times 2010 gross operating income. Les Echos reported the valuations are close to meeting the expectations of BPCE, which now values Foncia at E1.1bn following strong 2010.
