German Kintyre wins E125m retail AM mandate
Frankfurt-based private real estate investment and advisory firm Kintyre Investment has secured a E125m long-term German retail asset management mandate for an offshore private wealth fund. It includes an additional E80m mandate, the company said. Kintyre said the initial mandate covers the management of 50 retail assets, mostly supermarkets or regional retail centres throughout Germany.
