Spanish property gives first positive return in 2yrs
Spanish commercial property delivered total returns of 4.9% in 2010, the first positive return in two years and after a loss of 9.3% in 2009, according to IPD Spain Annual Property Index. However, capital returns remained negative for the third consecutive year, down 1.2%, on yield expansion.
