Bank of Italy approves BNP's E200m Negri fund
BNP Paribas REIM has received approval from the Bank of Italy to launch a new property fund on behalf of Mario Negri, a pension fund for the commercial property and transportation sector. With a 20-year duration, the fund Immobiliare Negri is seeded with E50m equity and targeted to reach E200m in successive closings.
