French real estate returns 10% in 2010 - IPD
French real estate delivered returns of 10% to investors in 2010 due to the combined effect of rising capital values and solid income returns, according to the France Annual Property Index of Investment Property Databank. Capital values rebounded 4.0% after a drop of 12.7% in 2008-2009, and rentals provide 6.0% return.
