Swiss Life takes majority in French Viveris
Insurer Swiss Life has taken a controlling stake in Marseille-based portfolio manager Viveris REIM, which expects to grow strongly as a result. Terms were not disclosed but local media said Swiss Life acquired a 60% stake from Viveris Management. Viveris REIM managers retain 35%, with French insurer Matmut holding 5%.
