Beacon to hold La Défense `First Tower' 1-3yrs
Boston-based private equity firm Beacon Capital has taken delivery of the refurbished First Tower (Tour First) in the Paris business district of La Défense from construction group Bouygues one month ahead of schedule. The E300m refurbishment project started in 2008. Beacon said it will hold the asset for 1-3 years.
