Paris office take-up at highest level since crisis
Office space take-up in the Paris Ile-de-France region rose 15% in first quarter to 613,130 sq.m. from 4Q10, the highest level since 2008, say Immostat and IPD France. Take-up was up 21% from 1Q10. The stock of available office space rose to 3.74m sq.m at end-March after holding around 3.6m sq.m. through 2010. Average rents declined slightly to E307 per sq.m.
