French commercial investment pauses in 1Q11 - C&W
French commercial real estate investment slowed to E2.5bn in first quarter from E4bn in 4Q10, according to realtor Cushman & Wakefield. "There seems to be a pause in the recovery," said C&W France chairman Olivier Gérard. 2011 investment now looks likely to only modestly increase from the E11bn in 2010.
