Unibail-Rodamco sells E268m Swedish portfolio to Grosvenor
French shopping centre giant Unibail-Rodamco has sold a portfolio of three Swedish centres and a retail unit for E268m equivalent to a consortium led by Grosvenor Fund Management, based in the UK. The portfolio, of some 98,000 sq.m. GLA, comprises the Haninge, Väsby and Bålsta Centrum malls as well as a hypermarket unit let to ICA Maxi in Helsingborg.
