German Aareal Bank in E269m capital increase
Wiesbaden-based property financier Aareal Bank is making a capital increase in a rights issue against cash to raise gross proceeds of about E269m. Some E75m will be earmarked to start paying down the silent participation of the Ferman government's SoFFin financial stabilisation fund. Aareal also boosted its 2011 new business target by E1bn to E8bn.
