Russian, Chinese buyers eye E100m Paris mansion
Russian and Chinese buyers are showing interest in Palais Montmorency, a Paris mansion with a E100m price tag put up for sale by a Middle Eastern family. Built in 1912, the 3,100 sq.m. luxury residence stands on av. Foch near Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. Its interior includes a ceiling painted by post-impressionist artist Henri Rousseau.
