Vienna S-Immo expects better profits, reverses losses
Vienna-based Sparkassen Immobilien expects a distinct upward trend in results, given the recent noticeable recovery in European property. For 2010, it posted net profit of E2.1m, massively reversing a loss of E79m in 2009. Rental income rose to E104m from E87.6m while portfolio writedowns narrowed to E92.8m from E105.3m.
